How can I be sure that all of your gluten free items are truly gluten free?

We take special care to ensure that all of our Gluten free Items remain that way. We do this in the following ways. When storing the Gluten free Items they are sealed and stored in a seperate area. Duiring preperation of your meal we use ingrediance that are sealed and stored away from the rest of our items. When cooking your food we place special devices around your food to make sure that it does not come in contact with any items containing gluten. We also use the Gluren Detectives to ensure that all of our items donot contain gluten when they are shipped to us.

Can I host an awards banquet or party at your restaurant?

Yes, We ask that you call us at 970-259-9089 at least three weeks before the event to reserve the restaurant and to ensure that we have the restaurant availble for you. We do not however allow partys or banquets to be booked for Friday or Saturday nights.

Can we rent out your restaurant to hold fundrasing dinners?

Yes. We do allow the restaurant to be rented by groups to be used for fundrasing events. To set-up this we ask that you call 970-259-9089 and talk to Paul.
